 3.5.2.1-meek-5 fixes the problem of child processes not being cleaned up
 on Windows (see comment:5:ticket:10047).

 merged] the extension branch to master. Now we need to find out how to run
 the second browser instance without a dialog (and [ticket:11429 without
 opening a second dock icon] if possible).
