Comment:

 Hmmm... seems some process is already listening on port 9051. Maybe an
 other instance of tor started via the Tor Browser? Anyway, this is not a
 bug. You might want to ask the support for further help in case you can't
 solve this issue alone (see:
 https://www.torproject.org/about/contact.html.en#support).
