 The ruleset for nap.edu is incorrect and breaks most pages on the site for
 any of our users with HTTPS Everywhere installed. The domain
 https://cart.nap.edu is NOT a mirror of http://www.nap.edu; it only hosts
 our site's shopping cart. Please use https://www.nap.edu.
