 tested with:
 https://people.torproject.org/~gk/builds/6.5.2-build1/

 reproducer:

 - create a twitter account or use an existing
 - upload a twitter profile picture
 - "success" info shows up
 - click save changes
 - the picture is not shown on the users profile (avatar)
