 I'm editing the title to change it to Containers: Contextual Identity is
 kind of a catch-all term for OriginAttributes and how that can be exposed,
 such as through Containers... or First Party Isolation.


 I think this bug is invalid. TBB already uses FPI, which is enabled
 through OriginAttributes and can be throught of strong-containers: one
 container per top level domain.

 Using containers would actually _weaken_ Tor Browser. I can imagine there
 are some cases where one wants different first party domains to share
 state in Tor Browser, but creating such a feature would be:
 1. Weakening the security model
 2. Extremely difficult to explain or design UX for
