 Set Safe security setting and go to

 `http://deb-multimedia.org/`

 It will go to the HTTP version even if there's a ruleset for it
 https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere/atlas/domains/deb-multimedia.org.html

 Also the ruleset for it doesn't showup!
