 Can't register in trac. Tried multiple times to verify, before open
 ticket.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Start Tor Browser
 2. browse http://ea5faa5po25cf7fb.onion/projects/tor/register
 3. type in new user info
 4. receive error message
