 In addition to #9555, we'd also like to have another commits mailing list
 for all of the git repos relevant to TBB stuff. I looked at the git config
 options and it is possible to have commit mails sent to two mailing lists.
 The syntax for that is:

 config hooks.mailinglist "recipiet@xxxxxxxxxxx, recipient2@xxxxxxxxxxx"

 (I'd be happy to go through and update gitolite.conf for all of the
 relevant repos.)

 The justification for this is that the TBB repos are now a bit spread out
 and those of us who only want to see TBB-commits do not currently have a
 good way to do so.

 I also volunteer to be admin for both tbb-commits@ and tbb-bugs@ when they
 get created.
