 I'm not sure that a warning here is going to make a lot of sense, or be
 very understandable. Certainly circuit formation and client usage is even
 more visible when there is not relay traffic involved, right? You just
 watch the packets. They're all client usage in that case.. Unless there is
 something I'm missing?
