 The Vidalia Bundle for Windows stores Tor's !DataDirectory and Vidalia's
 configuration directory in the current user's 'Roaming' '!AppData'
 directory, which could be stored on a network server, accessed over
 unencrypted SMB/CIFS, and shared with other computers on which the user
 has logged in.  They should be stored in the current user's 'Local'
 '!AppData' directory instead.
