 The median advertised bandwidth (minimum of the three published values in
 the descriptor) used to be 50KB, and now it's 100KB. What do the sides
 look like?

 I think that's one useful way to characterize the Tor network: a cdf with
 advertised bandwidth on the x axis and "number of relays with that
 bandwidth or less" on the y axis.

 Bonus points if you can pick a date and generate a cdf for it.
