 I think askbot is looking like the leading candidate. If we cannot have an
 anonymous user, we should have a single user account with public
 credentials so anyone can login to it (just like our wiki/trac). Another
 option is to support openid/oauth logins via gmail, facebook, twitter, etc
 for users that don't want to create yet another account to ask a question.

 I think we just set it up, do some basic branding of the site, and start
 adding content to it from the faq and help desk.
