 Especially on the heels of recent disclosures (e.g.
 http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/wp/2013/12/10/nsa-uses-
 google-cookies-to-pinpoint-targets-for-hacking/), I agree with the
 previous commenter and would suggest changing this ticket's priority.
