Comment (by mr-4):

 One other thing: when I use "UseEntryGuardsAsDirectoryGuards" tor is
 unable to start, the message I get is "Failed to parse/validate config:
 Unknown option 'UseEntryGuardsAsDirectoryGuards'.  Failing.".
