 Txtorcon uses a few neat things, one of them is
 [https://coveralls.io/r/meejah/txtorcon Coveralls]. This does a nice job
 of gamifying code coverage, and might be fun to do for Stem too. We
 already have [https://jenkins.torproject.org/job/stem-tor-ci/ automated
 test runs], so we just need to figure out how to integrate it.
