 Hmmmm.  I need to think more about this, because I'm not yet convinced
 that introducing that new status code is the right solution here.
 However, it's a bad time of the year for sitting down and thinking about
 such things, so I'll have to revisit in early 2016.  This ticket has been
 sitting here for 4 months, so what's another two weeks.  Sorry for the
 delay.
