Comment:

 I share some of Damian's concerns about excluding conversations from
 volunteers and from contractors like myself. On the other hand, I 100% see
 the need for a way to easily communicate info about benefits, etc. to
 employees. Maybe this could be set up as an announce-only list in which
 only a few people are allowed to post to it (e.g., Erin and Shari).
