 As far as I can see, version is never passed to
 rounterstatus_format_entry() when formatting for the control port:
 https://github.com/torproject/tor/blob/7e9985b75aa69d4572aac739d44d50056ed20e82/src/feature/nodelist/networkstatus.c#L2324

 I wonder if there is some code path that I'm missing.
