 The change in #28546 changes the default install directory based on build
 (release, alpha, or nightly) for windows, and #28809 will do the same for
 macOS.

 It would be nice if we could run these different builds simultaneously by
 having tor listen to different ports by default so that we do not need to
 kill our existing running Tor Browser instance or manually change the port
 settings ourselves.
