 Hi!
 I apologize if this has already been reported.
 Go to Options->Privacy & Security.
 On History select "Never remember history".
 Restart browser and this options reverts back to default "Use custom
 settings...".
 The change is not remembered.

 Tor browser 8.0.4 on Windows 7 HomePremium SP1 64-bit
