We could add a news item on https://metrics.torproject.org/index.html, but
I have no idea if people even look at it.
We could add a new Ideas page under Research, but I don't know how much
that overlaps with https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/research.
Maybe we need a more thorough concept for deciding what belongs on the Tor
homepage or the metrics homepage. We could even integrate the Graphs,
Research, and Status pages of the metrics homepage into the Tor homepage,
so that people don't have to look in two places for stuff (and we don't
have to copy it).
