Comment:

 Bleh. I think this will require a Firefox patch. I think the right answer
 is to simply remove this UI from Firefox. While I'm at that, I should see
 if I can make Youtube decide to try HTML5 directly (which it did for me
 after I clicked on that dialog and then didn't enable the plugin).
