 I think I'm actually happier with bug5232_newdesign_dev. It's more more
 conservative than bug5232_rebased_1, but I think it accomplishes exactly
 what bridgedb needs. The main difference between the two branches is that
 rebased_1 is based around the problem that a database connection can not
 be used in multiple threads. newdesign_dev relies on twisted's threading
 implementation and tries to make threading in bridgedb as simple as
 possible while handling SIGHUP.
