 Please see #10833. It points out that when a user does **not** maximize
 and uses an uncommon window size (which is easily possible for me in
 TorBrowser), the user ends up being unique.

 The core issue is that screen size == window content size is a bad idea.
 Screen size must be one of the common monitor resolutions like 1280x720 or
 1920x1080. One simple fix is to just always report 1920x1080, unless the
 window is larger.
