Comment:

 The process that Damian, Andrew, and I agreed on today is that we create a
 mailing list if whoever wants that list is going to be the list moderator.
 I assume StrangeCharm doesn't want to own this list anymore.  Is there
 anybody else who wants this mailing list to exist and own it?  If not, we
 should close this ticket.
