 Interest has been expressed in making support more transparent.
 Publicizing how many of each type of support request the support team gets
 every month would help improve this. RT uses articles to store frequently
 used responses. Let's include in the monthly help desk report the number
 of times each RT article has been dropped into a response during that
 month.
