 New Torbrowser (since TBB3.x) do not using Vidalia to control Tor anymore.
 It using extension TorLauncher that allows browser to launch Tor.
 Documentation from site is outdated partially. Look at
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq.html.en#TBB3.x

 What antivirus do you using? KAV, McAfee, AVG, Webroot?
 What firewall do you using? Outpost, KIS, Comodo?
