 The search flag should say whether exit addresses are considered in its
 search parameter.  I'm pretty sure that is the case, but I need to confirm
 this.

 From a quick look at the code it's not entirely clear if the
 exit_addresses field is computed correctly when there is no new exit list
 to process.  Maybe Onionoo leaves out all exit addresses in such a case.
 That would be a bug.  Need to look closer.
