 Problem that NSSCKFWC_Finalize never called for reported case. It should
 be called by:
 https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-
 central/source/security/nss/lib/pk11wrap/pk11load.c#555

 Can't reproduce this case either, NSSCKFWC_Finalize called every time on
 shutdown, wonder how to catch reason of bug.
