 @yawning Yes, i think that the key generation it's an application problem.
 There are plenty of TorHS generation tools, what could be useful is to
 provide some few code-snippets example on how to do it properly. The Tor-
 side should just validate that they key is good enough.

 I also think that, for a first release, the HiddenServiceAuthorizeClient
 is not needed because it's a feature that nearly no-one use as today.
