 Seen with Tor v0.2.2.35:

 "[warn] Your computer is too slow to handle this many circuit creation
 requests! Please consider using the MaxAdvertisedBandwidth config option
 or choosing a more restricted exit policy."

 It would be helpful if the number of connections that occasion this
 warning be stated in the message.  I suggest replacing the text "this
 many" with an actual number.
