 #1. The torbutton in the tor browser bundle is toggled "off" by default
 i.e. Tor is Disabled. It should be ON by default unless user opts to
 switch off.

 #2. Further, the "add new tab" button is no longer there in the
 customisation of toolbar options. Some users prefer to put the "add tab"
 option at the end of the list of tabs by customising the tabs toolbar.

 #3. Also, the "Restore session" offer that appears after the TorBundle
 Browser is re-opened (after a pc shutdown) doesn't work; the entire bundle
 just gets closed. Either the "restore session?" window should not appear,
 or if it does, then it should work as a normal firefox user would expect.

 #4. The user should have an option to replace the default aurora icon with
 the firefox or any other icon in the taskbar. i.e. when a tor browser is
 minimised to taskbar, it should be indistinguishable from a normal firefox
 browser window which is minimised.
