 Is there anything that would prevent Tor Launcher from passing the
 `ControlPort` and `SocksPort` directives on tor command line using the
 values of `extensions.torlauncher.control_port` and
 `extensions.torbutton.settings_method`?

 Maybe it's a bad idea, but this would better follow the DRY principle.
