 I think I've finally found the reason behind vanishing /var/run/tor. It
 only occurs after reboot, right? Turns out later Fedora has /var/run ->
 /run symlink and /run is a tmpfs filesystem. Thus reboot causes all data
 in /var/run vanish. I probably need to add recreating the dir in startup
 scripts.
