I think we do. *I* only read <tor-dev> occasionally. I don't think the
<tor-dev>-reading community is large and diverse enough that we should
only be willing to contract with those people. In particular, I am willing
to gamble heavily that our dev list is read primarily by well-to-do white
dudes. Tor already primarily pays white dudes, and I think that we should
try and hire more broadly, not more insularly. Further reading:

I also think that having a jobs list may lead to more onward-sharing of
postings, making it easier for us to find the right person for the job.
