 There is no warning when resizing the tor browser window from its edges.
 Moving your cursor to the edge of the browser and clicking and dragging
 the browser to a larger size does not give the user a warning that
 resizing the size of tor browser can make it possible to fingerprint them.
 A warning message message is needed.
