 I'll get to the review today.

 A 'meta' question:
 Shouldn't we use milestones for all Metrics Web and Atlas tickets related
 to Sporsor X?  These will come in handy when writing the report in June.

 As there are no releases yet, maybe milestones `metrics-web-X16.17` and
 `Atlas-X16.17`?
