#21288: Please create git repositories builders/tor-browser-build and builders/rbm

 Please create the following two git repositories:

 - `builders/tor-browser-build` Description: Tor Browser new build scripts
 - `builders/rbm` Description: Reproducible Build Manager

 The list of people with write permission should be the same as for
 `builders/tor-browser-bundle`.

 Mailing lists configuration should also be the same as `builders/tor-
 browser-bundle`, but maybe only after the first push, to avoid sending
 hundreds of mails.
