 the last commit in my task-20994-2 branch].  We'll need this change in
 order to fix existing Onionoo instances.  The earlier change (which I
 tested successfully on an EC2 instance) only prevented this bug in fresh
 Onionoo instances.  But we should be able to fix existing instances by
 throwing in archived bridge statuses.  I'm still testing this branch
 locally, but I figured we can parallelize testing and review to get this
 merged sooner.  Thanks!
