 Here's a stop-gap measure:
 * when a relay on Relay Search has a DirPort, provide links to
 http://dirport/tor/server/authority and
 http://dirport/tor/extrainfo/fp/<FP>

 This makes the current descriptor available for some relays on Relay
 Search.
