 I think I fixed 3 and maybe 4 (not tested) in my branch:
 https://github.com/diracdeltas/https-everywhere. Could you please test it
 and see if the two bugs are fixed?

 If you have a clone of the repository already, you can just change
 Yandex.xml to this version and then rebuild the extension:
 https://github.com/diracdeltas/https-
 everywhere/blob/ae95f46fe63108864a0a0eb65fe814ec175a1fde/src/chrome/content/rules/Yandex.xml

 If you don't, the steps are:
 1. Run "git clone https://github.com/diracdeltas/https-everywhere.git";
 2. Follow the instructions at https://github.com/diracdeltas/https-
 everywhere/blob/master/README.md to build the extension and load it into
 Firefox.
