Comment:
Based on a comment of rransom's on #8795, on the following parenthetical
on MSDN, and some simple experiments, I think that a fix here could be as
simple as using FILE_SHARE_DELETE when opening a Windows file for memory
mapping. I added 4f4fc63fea0589a4fa03f3859dc27860cdde75af to maint-0.2.4
to test this theory.
