 Nathan: This script can serve as part of the deliverable for Milestone F,
 but it's output is useful for Milestone A.

 Nathan: Travis already provides coverage details.  Link them here to close
 this ticket.

 tests and measure coverage:

 These are for `ooni-probe`. I don't know if they exist for `ooni-backend`.
 There is a `.travis.yml` but the [travis page](https://travis-
 ci.org/TheTorProject/ooni-backend) has no builds?

 Taylor: I've created #30 for the task to get `ooni-backend`'s unit tests
 running automatically.
