Comment:

 Is it possible that you have an anti-virus or firewall interfering with
 TBB? If not, have you tried using
 [https://www.torproject.org/docs/bridges.html.en bridges]? Your network
 may be blocking access to Tor. Lastly, do you still experience this issue
 with 6.0?
