 It looks like TLS doesn't work for you. Also, I realise your Tor isn't
 working, but there doesn't appear to be any bug here.

 Please try contacting the help desk at [mailto:support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] with additional information, e.g. your OS, if
 there's a firewall on your router, whether you were using bridges, your
 version of Tor or Tor Browser, etc.
