 Looking at the code (see
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor.git/tree/src/or/buffers.c?id=3f40d9ec20c319cf57132ea526a2f9987a663599#n1325
 buffers.c:1325]) the warning is only given if the `SafeSocks` option is
 enabled. According to the [https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-
 manual.html.en#SafeSocks manual] `SafeSocks` is disabled by default.

 So unless the default is changed there should be no warnings.
