 Some tests in test.unit.descriptor were failing for me due to invalid
 nickname syntax.  The random nickname generation in
 `stem/descriptor/server_descriptor.py` wasn't consistent and could fail
 validation.

 Patch in `random-nicknames` branch of
 `https://gitlab.com/argonblue/stem.git`
