 Hey! Thanks for doing this. I would recommend making this an external
 project, unless there is a specific use case for using Docker for tor
 builds. Otherwise, we shouldn't pin tor to build inside a specific OS.

 In a separate repo, you could add support for more operating systems as
 well which would help with ecosystem diversity in the long run. It would
 be a security risk for tor to run everyone on the same operating system
 (one vulnerability would affect the entire network) so supporting
 different platforms will be good. It might be even worthwhile to see how
 building Tor on Windows would be using Docker for Windows.
