 As development has been on hiatus for a while, and as of the 8.0
 transition, maintenance will be ceased entirely (#25540), there isn't a
 use for this component.

 Please move the `Applications/Tor Browser Sandbox` to under `Archived` so
 that users no longer file tickets there.
