 we now have access to this collection:

          https://archive.org/details/tor_project_archives

 We can upload stuff there through the web interface, the `ia` commandline
 tool (which I packaged in Debian) and/or the `s3` API.

 The collection metadata can be edited here:
 https://archive.org/editxml/tor_project_archives

 Now we need someone to take over the archival work. Can anyone take this
 on?
